Observed premiums over spot, as markdown

Rolling fine-metal-weighted median asking premiums over spot, by category and product, as markdown tables. metal is required. Covers silver, gold, platinum, palladium, copper, nickel and Goldback. Goldback percentages use the Goldback reference rate rather than raw contained-gold spot and are excluded from ordinary gold statistics.

The premium tables for the requested metal. When the dataset is temporarily unavailable this is still a 200 whose body says so.
