Which measures apply to a goods code, from an origin, on a date — duty expressions verbatim, every measure carrying its legal citation (EUR-Lex Official Journal / US HTS revision / UK statutory instrument on legislation.gov.uk / Japan Customs edition). Not legal advice.

Vintage semantics per jurisdiction: eu monthly TARIC snapshots, us HTS revision snapshots, jp schedule editions, uk live pass-through of the HMRC API with native historical as_of. Jurisdiction-specific honesty notes ride on every answer (e.g. US chapter-99 overlays — Section 301/232 — are served but not auto-joined to base rates). Empty answers are free; the priced unit is the lookup (uk: the uncached upstream fetch).
