Resend an invitation

Sends a fresh invitation link and returns the newly issued invitation resource. Preserves the original permission selection. Requires members_invite. Unknown, foreign, canceled or accepted invitations return 404. Do not automatically retry after an uncertain response; check pending invitations first.
