getPriceForTier

Read the public catalog entry for a single subscription tier (free, pro, enterprise). Pro and Free prices are publicly advertised. Enterprise is priced per customer with sales, so its monthly_price_cents is always null here, for every caller: describe the plan from its limits and features, and point the user to sales for a price.
