Delete a WhatsApp group

Deletes the group at Meta — all participants including the business are removed and WhatsApp fires group_lifecycle_update (group_delete). The conversation row is kept with lifecycleStatus: deleted: the thread stays in the inbox read-only and history is never destroyed. Idempotent for already-deleted groups.
