Number prefix.

Human-readable destination name.

rate_type'call' | 'data' | 'message'

Voice service type. One of call, data, message.

category_idnumber nullable

Linked voice category ID. Nullable.

is_hardstring

Whether the prefix is hard-coded (system) and cannot be edited. 0 or 1.
