Upload a Network site photo

Uploads a photo for a Network site. Request must use Content-Type: multipart/form-data with two fields: network_site_id (integer, required) and files (the image file). Allowed file types: image/png, image/gif, image/jpeg, image/heic, image/heif. Access is partner-scoped — admins or API keys scoped to a single partner cannot upload to a multi-partner shared site.
