Get audit trail for a Customer Document

Return the signing history for the given Customer Document. The payload combines final signing data (customer name, IP, contact, signed timestamp, signed hash) with the chronological activity log (sign/reject/OTP/agree events) collected from admin and portal logs via SignActivityRecord.
