Delete a key from the key store by alias or kid

Permanently removes a key identified by aliasOrKid (its alias or kid) from the calling tenant's key store. Pass the optional providerId query parameter to scope the deletion to a single provider. Returns 204 with no body on success, or 404 if no matching key exists.
