DID Hosting
Resolve the hosted DID document for a path-less DID.
Returns the did.json for the DID whose web location is the request host with no path (did:web:<host> or the did:web companion of did:webvh:<scid>:<host>).

- TypeScriptA function with typed inputs. Its response is checked against the schema.
