Delete a monitor

Its checks stop at once and it no longer appears in the API or the dashboard. Seven days later the monitor is deleted permanently with all its data: check history, alerts and failure snapshots. Until then support can restore it on request. Incidents stay, and status page components that showed the monitor keep their place without it. Deleting the same monitor again returns 404.
