List your SparkVault notifications

The notifications SparkVault itself delivered to the signed-in person in_app, newest first: the feed the console's bell and the mobile app read. A notification SparkVault sends them on other channels alone is never in it. The inbox is the session's own: a recipient or account the request names is never read. Filtering happens after the page is read, so a short page with a live cursor means keep paging. A notification past its send's history horizon is never listed.
