Remove a Company Domain

Remove a domain (org admins only). Every mail product is asked first: a domain the active help desk selects, or Notify selects while the organization holds Notify, is refused until another address is chosen in that product's settings, and a selection by a product the organization does not use now is cleared. Everything the platform set up for the domain — its email sending identity, its help-desk web host and its verification checks — is withdrawn next, and then the domain is released for any organization to claim. A domain whose claim the organization does not hold is taken off the organization's list; no claim is touched and nothing is withdrawn. Its DNS records can then be deleted at the DNS host.
