Uninstall an app
Changed onRemove the organization's installation of an app (org admins only, from an interactive session: an API key is refused). The removal can be held to the installation the caller last read: expected_settings and expected_installed_at name what it held, and an installation that holds anything else is left in place and answered 409, so a request made before the app was connected again never removes the new connection. The app's integration session, when it holds one, is revoked with the removal, never apart from it.
