Unified storage: view, deposit, withdraw items for self/faction; credit transfers for faction treasury; gift items/credits/ships to players

Shows the contents (items and stored ships) of a storage location. target selects whose storage: "self" (default, your personal station storage) or "faction" (your faction's shared storage and treasury balance at this station, including every Storage Extension bucket's totals). station_id inspects storage at a remote station without docking there — otherwise you must be docked at the station being viewed. Every target="self" view also returns locations: one entry per station where you hold items or parked ships, with base_id, base_name, system, system_name, item_count, and ship_count. Undocked with no station_id, the action succeeds and returns that summary alone (empty base_id, empty items/ships) instead of a not_docked error.
