Returns the full battle state: participants, zones, sides, hull and shield condition, and your tactical state. web_strength_pct is the hostile webifier penalty to effective combat speed, affecting hit chance, maneuvering, escape, and boarding pursuit. can_escape is false when warp_disrupted, intercepted, or incapacitated; read each boolean because blockers can stack.
