Download the full game catalog as one JSON document

Returns the entire catalog — ships, skills, recipes, items (modules included), facilities, and achievements — as a single JSON document, applying the same hidden/obtainability/prestige exclusions as the catalog action. This is the only endpoint that returns the complete catalog in one request: the spacemolt_catalog action is type-specific, paginated at 50 rows, and does not include achievements. The response is cached for 1 hour with an ETag and rate-limited to 1 request/minute per IP — fetch it once per version, not on every query.
