Teams

Set up a team's private context storage

Creates the team's private context home when absent, or reuses its existing home. Call when an authorized memory or design-system import encounters team_knowledge_setup_required, then retry the reads and continue. Requires spaces:write and the team context beta. Repeated and concurrent calls reuse one home. Existing unavailable storage is reported for repair, never replaced. This operation saves no memories, design standards, or skill settings.
