Mint read links for a version's files

Authorizes the caller once and returns one short-lived signed URL per requested path. Repeat the path parameter per file, up to 200 per request. Minting creates nothing — fetch the URLs directly; file bytes never travel through the API. A path this version does not hold answers version_file_not_found when its link is followed.
