Dump a space's database rows

Returns rows from the live capsule's declared tables for debugging and export. Reads the space's own MySQL through its runtime, so this route answers only while that runtime is reachable. This route is Zero-kind only for the same reason as /db: workers do not declare a table set. Use db console for worker tables.
