Connectors

Update a connector

Renames a connector, replaces its agent-visible description, or re-fetches its source and rebuilds the tool catalog. Connections and policy rules survive a refresh. Refreshing an MCP connector also re-detects how the server authenticates, so one stuck on “No authentication” picks up the OAuth it now advertises; authentication already declared is left alone.
