Export a space as a multi-file Agent Skill

Returns the files of a ready-to-use skill built from the current document, exactly as this key may read it: a redacted document gives a redacted skill. SKILL.md is a short static guide; the knowledge is in references/ and space.json, which an agent opens only when needed. A key without spaces:sensitive gets 409 ENRICHMENT_PENDING until the deep pass has screened the analysis.
