A provably fair selection ($0.05)

Draws pick winners from entries numbered 1..n, seeded by the drand League of Entropy beacon, which no participant including Soren can choose or predict. The response carries the round, the randomness and the exact derivation so anyone can recompute the result. Pass a FUTURE round with round= to remove the assumption that Soren did not wait for a favourable beacon.
