更新歌单最后播放时间

仅更新歌单的 updated_at 字段，作为歌单级的粗粒度「最后播放时间」，也会被改名/换封面等更新操作刷新。 歌曲级的精确播放历史见 GET /play-history?context_type=playlist&context_key={id}。
