Accept Review Finding

Write suggested_value as the reviewer's own edit (the acceptance IS the human review) with proposal_origin=review_run, status translated — never reviewed/approved — then mark the finding accepted. Refuses a finding that is not open, has no suggested value, or is stale (the row's version moved since the snapshot).
