Cross-references the SC it LISTS to their EN 301 549 clause numbers (a numbering cross-reference, not a conformance mapping; the listed set is the content-layer SC we measure plus the DOM-dependent SC declared out of scope, not the standard). States each criterion's method (computed vs presence only), and reports content completeness + coverage.
