Create Session

Open an in-context editing session for a project (dashboard, dual-auth).

Requires the org's add-on active (billing entitlement) + the project's per-project opt-in + translator-level project access. Returns the session plus a QR payload {pairingToken, channel, rtUrl} — valid only while the session is active.
