List stored images

What is already stored, so an interrupted bulk upload can be resumed by diffing against a local manifest rather than re-sending everything. Paged by CURSOR, not offset: offset paging makes the database walk and discard every row it skips, so it degrades exactly when a listing gets long enough to need paging.
