CloudTenants

Create cloud tenant

Create cloud tenant. Available for Operations account with platform account management permissions. Accepts type, name, status, external IDs (pyraTenantId, cloudConsumptionId, providerId), and optional account reference. Returns the created cloud tenant object with revision 1.
