Get Status Page Dns

Return the DNS records Railway requires for status.<prod_domain>.

The frontend uses this to surface a manual-DNS instruction box on the Status card when the customer's zone isn't on our Cloudflare account — Railway's CNAME + ACME-challenge TXT need to be added by hand for the cert to issue. When verified is True the box can be hidden; everything is already wired up.
