Stream the workspace .tar.gz that MCP built and stashed on the ticket.

The ticket query param must be a valid one-shot ticket minted by MCP for this exact app (its tarball was built at mint time from a fresh clone of develop). Treated as the sole auth: ticket invalid / expired / consumed / app-mismatch all return 404 so a leaked URL can't be probed for app existence.
