Settled outcomes for finished events, graded from official result sources. Each outcome's verdict is won, lost, void (stake returned) or dead_heat. A dead heat pays dead_heat_factor of the stake at the quoted price and loses the rest: a drawn AFL or AFLW head-to-head, a drawn AFLW quarter or half winner, and a Rugby League World Cup head-to-head still level after golden point, is a dead heat with a factor of 0.5. Outcomes that official evidence cannot settle are left out, never guessed. Each market settles on its own once official evidence settles all of its outcomes, so a result can be published while other markets on the event are still pending: settlement is partial and pending_markets counts them, and later results for the same event add the newly settled outcomes without changing any verdict already published.
