Changes older than the live store keeps are read from the daily history archive and returned in the same shape and order, so a window reads the same whichever store holds it. Changes are ordered by observation time, then by when they were recorded. A window may not exceed 24 hours. While older history is busy the API answers 503 with a short Retry-After.
