Get your webhook endpoint

The endpoint events are being POSTed to, which ones it is subscribed to, and whether it is still healthy. null when none is registered. disabledReason: "failures" means we switched it off after 10 failed deliveries in a row. Only a final failure counts, not an attempt that will be retried. Fix the endpoint, then save it again or send a test that succeeds to switch it back on. Free.
