Export a monitor's numbers

Downloads the monitor's stored numbers, one line per run, row and metric, oldest run first: t,row_id,metric,value,abs_change,pct_change. A numbers-only monitor (created with track) exports what it stored. A monitor that stores full results exports the numeric fields /timeseries finds in them, under the row id _, and returns 400 when its results carry no numeric field. Reads at most the newest 1,000 runs in the window. Free.
