Publish a draft or scheduled post immediately

The body is optional. Send { "acknowledge_unconfirmed": true }, after checking X, to publish again an X Article whose last publish is unconfirmed (it may already be live); without it that answers 409 with code ARTICLE_UNCONFIRMED.
