Aggregated cold-launch feed for the mobile app

Single round-trip endpoint returning the four counts the iOS home screen needs at cold launch: posts scheduled today (in the requested IANA timezone), unread inbox messages, errors in the last 24h, and connected-account health. Cached for 60s in Redis per user+account and invalidated automatically on post / inbox mutations.

IANA timezone identifier (e.g. America/New_York). Defaults to UTC if omitted or invalid.

Optional connected-account scope. When set, counts include only items associated with this account.
