Service status and SLOs

Machine-readable status over a sample of resorts: the integrity SLO (share of reliability checks passing, target ≥ 0.95) and the freshness SLO (share of live fields gone stale, target ≤ 0.10), each with whether it is met. Answers 200 when degraded — read status and slo.*.met. A 503 means the status check itself failed.

Auth: none.

Caching: Cache-Control: public, s-maxage=300, stale-while-revalidate=600 (Vercel CDN, 5 minutes).
