Resorts opening on a given date

Resorts whose effective season opening date falls on the given calendar day — answers "what opens today?" without conflating it with "everyone currently open". The effective date is the operator-confirmed actual opening when set, otherwise the re-anchored scheduled date; confirmedByOperator tells you which.

Out of season this correctly returns an empty data array rather than an error.

Filter by named region grouping.

hemisphere'nh' | 'sh'

Restrict to the northern or southern hemisphere.
