Create an outreach email template

Save a reusable subject and body for pitching. A draft COPIES the template when it is composed, so editing one later never rewrites mail already queued or sent. Merge variables are substituted when a draft is composed: {{first_name}}, {{contact_name}}, {{contact_role}}, {{target_site_name}}, {{prospect_domain}}, {{target_page_url}}, {{display_name}}, {{your_brand}}, {{your_domain}}. Three of these name different things that all look like 'the site': {{prospect_domain}} and {{target_site_name}} are the recipient's (identical today), {{your_domain}} is the sender's own. {{your_brand}} is the sender's brand name. {{display_name}} is the sending MAILBOX's name, not the name of whoever queued the send. Withdrawn names still resolve so older templates keep working ({{domain}}, {{site_name}}, {{source_url}}, {{name}}, {{role}}, {{your_name}}, {{matched_query}}) but must not be used in new ones - {{matched_query}} especially, since it can hold the full text of an AI prompt rather than a phrase that reads as English. Unknown variables collapse to an empty string rather than leaking braces into a real email. A team may hold at most 100 templates, and names are unique within a team.
