Every PageSpeed (Lighthouse) issue found across the team's crawled pages, grouped by check and ordered by impact. Each issue carries how many pages it affects, its severity, and the estimated time or bytes saved by fixing it. Also returns site-wide averaged scores and Core Web Vitals. Use this to answer 'what is slowing my site down' or 'what should I fix first'. Read-only; it never spends PageSpeed quota.

Ignored. These rows are team-scoped; the parameter is accepted only so existing callers keep working.
