List the team's reusable categories + tags

Single source of taxonomy suggestions: the categories/tags already in use across the team's articles UNION the live taxonomy of every connected CMS provider (WordPress, Ghost, Shopify), merged and deduped. Connecting a CMS imports its taxonomy automatically; syncPending is true while that import is still running.
