Re-run many tracked prompts

Re-runs every selected prompt in its enabled regions. Paused prompts run once in the chosen regions without enabling tracking. CONSUMES CREDITS: every run is billed. Processes up to 10 rows per call: repeat with afterId set to the returned nextCursor until it is null.
