Compare two SemVer versions (lt / eq / gt)

Returns order='lt'|'eq'|'gt' using full SemVer precedence rules: major/minor/patch compared numerically, pre-release compared identifier-by-identifier (numeric < alphanumeric, more identifiers wins). Build metadata is ignored per the spec.
