Convert a batch of amounts between currencies using a live rate feed
Batch variant of /money/currency/convert. Each item carries its own amount, from_currency, to_currency, and optional as_of_date. Charges 2 cost_units per answered item (upstream + cache work), mirroring the single endpoint; 1 for items that never reach the rate feed (local reject or identity conversion); items that fail on an upstream outage are not billed. Max 1000 items per batch.
