Validate Luhn mod-10 checksum (credit cards, IMEI, etc.) (batch)

Generic Luhn algorithm validator. Strips spaces and dashes before checking. Works on credit card numbers, IMEI codes, and any Luhn-protected identifier. Returns is_valid, normalized digit-only form, and the digit length. Batch version accepts a list of values.
