Look up a batch of UniProt proteins

Batch variant of /biotech/protein/lookup. Each item is a dict with query and optional query_type. Fully local in-memory lookups. Max 500 items per batch. Summary carries total/found/not_found. Charges 1 cost_unit per answered item; an item with an unknown query_type gets a per-item error entry (unbilled, counted in the summary's errors).
