Update webhook

Same as PUT: a partial update that leaves out any field you omit. Accepted because Resend uses PATCH for this, so ported code works unchanged.

List of event types to subscribe to. Legacy unprefixed email aliases are accepted and normalized to Resend-style email.* event names.

Set to false to pause delivery without deleting the webhook
