Usage against the plan

Usage and plan limits in the same shape as Resend's GET /usage: emails in the last 24 hours and this month (with the reset time), contacts, segments, broadcasts this month, domains, and the rate limit. A null limit means no cap. Received mail does not count against the email limit, and prepaid credits are an extra field. On a team, the email quota and broadcast cap follow the team owner's plan and the domain limit the team's plan. Requires no scope.
