Remove a member.

Removes the person from the organization and revokes their API keys in the same step. Requires a user login, not an API key, and the members:write scope (owner or admin).

The member's account id as the roster reports it in userId, or "me" to leave, which needs no role.

Response

Removed; the body names the organization's API keys revoked with them and the machines they created that are left running.

The ids of the organization's API keys that were revoked.
